These activities include, but are not limited to hiring and firing of staff, selection of vendors, and provision of services. We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our staff, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Zero Tolerance Policy
The Hive Salon has a Zero Tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, discrimination, racism, hate speech, and disrespect toward our employees or other clients. This includes any inappropriate behavior, abuse, and harassment of a sexual, emotional, physical, or social nature. This also includes any harassment or abuse on business or private social media channels and internet sites.
The Hive Salon and all employees reserve the right to refuse service or end services at any time if they feel unsafe or uncomfortable, or witness discrimination or abuse toward anyone in the salon.
The Hive will press charges against any instances of the above harassment, threats, or endangerment.
